Terms of Service

These Terms set out the conditions for using the Service and the rights and obligations between you and us. Please use the Service only if you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA where required) to use the Service. If you are a minor in your country, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You sign in with your email using a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@sawada3.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Pojipo lets you record small positive moments, grow a personal garden, and optionally share moments to a public world feed or with friends. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You retain ownership of the content you create (“Your Content”). By sharing content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, translate, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, to show a post you shared in the world feed). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained for a limited time for backups, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Content you choose to share is visible to others according to your sharing setting (everyone, or friends only). Do not share content you would not want others to see. We are not responsible for how other users use content you make visible to them.

You agree not to:

• post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes others’ rights;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• share others’ private or personal information without consent;
• spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• use the Service to violate any applicable law.

Users can report content. We may review, remove, or restrict content, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or other users, with or without notice where appropriate.

The Service, including the Pojipo name, characters, artwork, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as allowed by these Terms or by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including, where applicable, your statutory consumer rights). You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account; deletion is permanent. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date; material changes will be communicated in the App where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
